Foundation Events


Board of Trustees Meetings are open to all parties who have business with the Foundation. The Annual Meeting of the USA Section Foundation is held at the same location as the Annual Convocation for New Fellows of the USA Section; and precedes the Fall Meeting of the Board of Trustees. The Meeting is open to all.

The USA Section Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees (see Governance). The individual Trustees are elected by the membership for a specified term of office.

The Officers of the Foundation are elected by the Board of Trustees for a term of three years and may be re-elected.

Trustees serve on a voluntary basis and provide their own transportation and housing so as to maximize the utilization of funds donated to the Foundation for the chartered purposes.
