Introducing a new Web-Page Newsletter

The Vietnamese girl with the toothache was desperate as there were not enough dentists. She just had to endure the pain since the 1,600 Vietnamese dentists are unable to adequately serve the 80 million people in Vietnam. Last year, The International College of Dentists and its Humanitarian Dental Outreach Program, partnered with Health Volunteers Overseas and the University of Texas to help establish a dental public health program in Vietnam. To find out more details how this is being addressed, and what other country we are now beginning to help, check your lCD Web page monthly.

Each month or so, featured will be that information and one of the following:

Exchange Student program involving dental students from the United States learning in other countries and visa versa.
The International Clinician's Program. We provide a clinical expert as Speaker to meetings of other countries. Who and where will this be?
The Audiovisual Series-taped interviews of the world's Leaders in Dentistry— Who are they? Learn heretofore-unpublished personal information.
Upcoming summer CEC programs—Where, what, who and when? What social events? How can you attend?
New Projects such as the White Coat Ceremony involvement and some newly developing efforts.
